PANews 8月2日消息，据华尔街日报报道，前 OpenAI 研究员 Leopold Aschenbrenner 管理的 AI 对冲基金 Situational Awareness在面临追加保证金压力时，曾于周三晚间一度同意向由 Greenoaks 和红杉资本牵头的投资者出售约 35 亿美元的 Anthropic 股权。但这笔交易在第二天早上又被撤回。最终基金选择将大部分公开股票组合出售给 Citadel，以偿还杠杆并保留 Anthropic 等私募股权。
