PANews 7月30日消息，据新浪财经报道，三星电子周四报告称，第二季度净利润为71.62万亿韩元（约合496亿美元），同比增长1299.9%。三星电子是全球最大的高端高带宽内存（HBM）半导体供应商之一，该公司在一份监管文件中表示，4月至6月期间的营业利润同比增长1813.8%，达到89.49万亿韩元；营收增长130%，达171.49万亿韩元。这一业绩超出分析师预期，得益于人工智能领域强劲需求持续推动其存储芯片业务增长。
