美国CFTC警告预测市场认证勿用模板合约，发文规范事件合约自我认证做法

PANews 7月26日消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）市场监管司发布最新指南，点名Kalshi、Coinbase、Polymarket、Crypto.com等预测市场相关平台在事件合约自我认证时过度依赖“模板式”批量申报。CFTC明确要求，机构不得提交笼统的模版认证，须为每一类事件合约提供具体条款、结算方法、数据来源及合规分析，仅紧密相关的事件合约可作为一个“class”集中申报。CFTC称，当前简化申报做法削弱其评估各类事件合约是否符合核心监管原则的能力。与此同时，CFTC同日同意延长Kraken Derivatives Exchange的注册“休眠”状态，以便其在收购Bitnomial后保留未来恢复业务的可能性。
