PANews 7月20日消息，国际反洗钱标准制定机构FATF (金融行动特别工作组)近日发布报告称，截至2026年，全球虚拟资产(VA)及虚拟资产服务提供商(VASP)监管持续推进，86%的司法辖区已完成风险评估，83%已立法实施Travel Rule，R.15“大致合规”比例升至34%。但执法、VASP识别、离岸VASP监管及DeFi监管仍存在明显不足。报告同时警示稳定币滥用、非托管钱包P2P交易、离岸VASP、DeFi以及AI辅助诈骗等新兴风险，并呼吁加强国际合作、风险监管及公私协作。
