美CFTC就事件合约数据申报发布不采取行动函

PANews 5月14日消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）市场监督部和清算与风险部发布不采取行动函，对于指定合约市场、衍生品清算组织及其参与者未能遵守与互换相关的记录保存要求，以及未能向互换数据存储库报告与全额抵押事件合约交易相关的数据，将不建议采取执法行动。

这一立场是响应多家上市和清算事件合约的指定合约市场及衍生品清算组织的请求。相关部门计划通过此举简化审批流程，并确保市场参与者得到统一对待。此前关于类似合约数据报告的不行动函的所有受益人继续适用。希望上市或清算类似合约的实体可申请获得相同的不行动立场，获批后将被添加至不行动函附录。
