PANews 5月14日消息，据CoinDesk报道，以太坊应用开发商Consensys已将潜在IPO计划推迟至最早秋季，原因是市场环境不佳。Consensys曾计划于今年2月底向SEC秘密提交S-1注册声明，并已聘请摩根大通和高盛牵头。2026年2月加密市场因宏观不确定性、关税担忧和比特币 ETF资金外流等因素大幅下跌，导致多家加密公司暂停IPO计划。BitGo是2026年唯一上市的加密原生公司，但股价较IPO价格下跌约36%。Consensys发言人表示不对市场猜测发表评论。Consensys在2022年初完成4.5亿美元D轮融资，估值70亿美元。
