PANews 5月8日消息，据加密记者Eleanor Terrett报道，多位行业消息人士透露，参议院银行委员会最早可能于明日通知就CLARITY法案进行审议，并已向部分行业成员分发立法草案文本，预计将与下周四进行投票。消息人士称草案语言仍在最终敲定中，预计还会有额外修订以反映民主党办公室的优先事项。
一位消息人士在审阅法案并与行业领袖协调后表示，整体氛围目前是积极的，但部分括号内的条款引发担忧，一些此前被认为已解决的关键条款可能仍在变动中。
