PANews 5月6日消息，据The Block报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席Michael Selig表示，CFTC正考虑制定规则，以巩固其对非托管软件开发者的保护立场。今年3月，CFTC针对加密钱包Phantom发布不行动函，表示不会因其未注册为经纪人而采取执法行动，并明确符合条件的自托管钱包软件开发者无需注册为经纪人。Selig称，CFTC正寻求将该立场正式纳入规则制定。此外，Selig重申预测市场属于CFTC专属管辖范围，将继续起诉违反联邦管辖权的州。CFTC此前已起诉威斯康星州、伊利诺伊州、亚利桑那州、康涅狄格州和纽约州。
