PANews 4月29日消息，据彭博社报道，加密支付公司 MoonPay 收购以色列加密安全初创公司 Sodot，交易以全股票形式完成，金额约1亿美元。MoonPay 将以此组建新部门 MoonPay Institutional，专门面向大型传统金融机构，提供加密交易、代币化证券、支付、钱包管理及稳定币发行等服务。该部门由前美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）代理主席 Caroline D. Pham 领导，她于去年12月加入 MoonPay，担任首席法律官兼首席行政官。Pham 称，随着美国稳定币监管落地及区块链安全性提升，机构正加速进入加密与 DeFi 领域。
