PANews 4月12日消息，据路透社报道，欧洲央行批准了欧盟委员会通过联合监管更好地整合欧盟资本市场的计划。该计划提议将包括主要交易场所、中央对手方、中央证券存管机构和加密资产服务提供商的监管权，从国家主管部门转移到位于巴黎的欧洲证券及市场管理局（ESMA）。欧洲央行警告称，ESMA 必须获得充足的人员配备和资金，并建议分阶段过渡。
