PANews 4月8日消息，据彭博社报道，美国联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）发布了银行及金融科技子公司发行稳定币的指南草案，涵盖储备资产、稳定币赎回、允许活动及资本要求等规定。FDIC主席Travis Hill表示，随着数字资产进步、金融机构技术发展及特朗普政府对加密行业的支持，稳定币和代币化存款产品持续发展，应用场景不断增加。该提案是FDIC、OCC和美联储在去年GENIUS法案通过后规则制定工作的一部分。FDIC计划就144个具体问题征求公众意见，包括允许和禁止的活动、资本要求、传递保险处理方式以及收益禁令等。该提案还将通过法规重申，代币化形式的存款仍属于《联邦存款保险法》下的存款。
