PANews 4月2日消息，据路透社报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）与司法部已对伊利诺伊州、州长J.B. Pritzker、州总检察长Kwame Raoul及州博彩监管方提起诉讼，称该州无权监管由CFTC监管的预测市场。此次诉讼源于伊州此前要求Kalshi、Polymarket和Crypto.com停止相关业务，联邦政府则主张此类事件合约市场受联邦衍生品法框架约束，州级干预侵犯了CFTC的专属监管权。
