PANews 3月25日消息，据CoinDesk报道，奥地利加密券商 Bitpanda 推出新公链 Vision Chain，面向欧洲银行和金融科技公司，用于在 MiCA、MiFID II 等监管框架下发行和结算代币化资产。该网络基于 Optimism 的以太坊基础设施构建，采用合规欧元稳定币支付链上手续费，以降低公链原生代币价格波动风险。Bitpanda 表示，Vision Chain 旨在为传统券商、银行等机构提供 7×24 小时交易和结算的代币化证券基础设施，推动股票、基金等传统资产上链。
