PANews 3月24日消息，据 Solid Intel 报道，伊朗方面就与美国停火提出五项条件，包括关闭美国在波斯湾的全部军事基地、就受损伊朗基础设施支付全额赔偿、承认伊朗对霍尔木兹海峡的控制权、移除所有二级制裁，以及保证不干涉伊朗内政。同时，德黑兰方面否认当前正与美国进行任何谈判，但美方此前声称双方存在对话。
