PANews 3月23日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国联邦检察官在提交给法官的文件中称，一封声称由已入狱的FTX创始人Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF）寄出的信件，实际通过FedEx从Palo Alto或Menlo Park地区寄出，并将其所在联邦监狱误标为州立监狱，签名也为打印形式“/s/”。检方指出，监狱规定在押人员不得使用FedEx等私人快递，这些细节令其对SBF是否为该信件真正作者产生怀疑，但未直接指控SBF或其关联人士伪造文件。该信件被用于支持SBF申请重审，其上诉理由之一是FTX破产程序中已追回客户资金。
