PANews 2月18日消息，据BusinessInsider报道，美国内华达州监管机构已正式起诉预测市场平台Kalshi，据悉内华达州监管机构已寻求法院下令禁止Kalshi继续运营“无证体育博彩业务”，同时还指出Kalshi发展迅猛，今年超级碗周日的交易额是去年的27倍，截至目前Kalshi公司发言人拒绝就此事发表置评，但披露已请求联邦法院受理此案并指出只有联邦法律适用于预测市场，而州政府的新执法行动所依据的问题与联邦法院正在审理的问题相同。
