PANews 1月26日消息，Strategy提交给SEC的8-K文件显示，公司于1月20日至25日期间以约9万美元/枚的均价购入2,932枚BTC，总支出达2.641亿美元，资金来源为ATM股票销售所得。截至1月25日，公司共持有712,647枚BTC，累计买入金额为541.9亿美元，平均成本价为76,037美元。
