PANews 1月21日消息，据DL News报道，美国马萨诸塞州法官裁定可禁止预测市场平台Kalshi在本州提供体育博彩服务，最快将于本周五生效，或成为美国首例此类禁令。法院认为Kalshi在CFTC警告后仍主动扩展至需博彩牌照的州，须遵守当地法律。州总检察长称此判决是加强博彩监管的重要一步。Kalshi此前辩称其受CFTC监管，州无权干预，法院对此驳回。Kalshi体育博彩业务自2025年1月上线后，占其营收70%。
