美司法部出售Samourai钱包开发者没收比特币被指违反行政命令

PANews 1月6日消息，据Bitcoin Magazine报道，2025年11月3日，美国司法部指示法警署通过Coinbase Prime出售了Samourai Wallet开发者认罪协议中缴纳的57.55枚比特币，约合636.7万美元，可能违反特朗普总统签署的第14233号行政命令。该命令要求政府通过刑事没收获得的比特币应纳入“国家战略比特币储备”，不得出售。目前该比特币地址余额为零，显示相关资产可能已被清算。
