PANews 1月3日消息，据 Coindesk 报道，以太坊资产管理公司 BitMine Immersion (BMNR) 董事长 Tom Lee 敦促股东批准董事会提出的大幅增加公司授权股数的提案，提案计划将公司股份数量从 5 亿股增加到 500 亿股。Tom Lee 向股东保证，此次增股并非旨在稀释股份，而是为了便于筹集资金、进行交易以及未来的股票拆分。股东需在 1 月 14 日前对该提案进行投票表决，年度股东大会定于 1 月 15 日在拉斯维加斯举行。
