Bing API 宕机，导致 ChatGPT 等服务无法使用

北京时间昨天下午开始，微软的搜索引擎必应（Bing）在全球范围均出现了无法使用的情况，起初用户可能会发现无法使用必应搜索，但后来有越来越多用户发现，不光是必应本身出现了问题，还连带影响了包括 Edge 浏览器中的 Copilot、ChatGPT、DuckDuckGo 等服务。

受到此次影响的服务都有一个共同特点，那就是均使用了来自微软 Bing 的 API，正是因为它的宕机，导致依赖该 API 的其他服务都无法正常使用，这些服务在超过五个小时的中断后才开始陆续恢复正常。
