MiCA whitepaper notification establishes a standardized disclosure reference for exchanges and institutions evaluating $ASSET across 30 EEA markets
SOFIA, Bulgaria, September 2026: Real Technologies Inc., the issuer of REAL Finance’s native $ASSET token, has had its MiCA whitepaper published in the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA) Interim MiCA Register, establishing a common regulatory disclosure reference for the token across the European Economic Area.
The whitepaper was filed under Title II of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. Its inclusion in the register provides exchanges and institutions with a standardized set of disclosures for assessing $ASSET across all 30 EEA markets, rather than relying on separate national frameworks.
The notification comes after $ASSET was recently listed by Kraken in the European Union. The token has also traded on Kraken, KuCoin and MEXC since April 2026. While the exchange listings expanded access to $ASSET, the MiCA disclosure provides a regulatory reference for market participants evaluating the token in Europe.
The development also comes as REAL Finance expands its focus on bringing real-world financial assets on-chain in Europe. The company has said it is targeting more than €3.5 billion in tokenized assets through its European ecosystem and is working with regulated partners, including Austria’s Wiener Privatbank, on areas such as custody and structuring.
“[Placeholder quote pending client approval] Being listed in ESMA’s Interim MiCA Register gives institutions and exchanges a single, transparent reference for evaluating $ASSET instead of thirty separate national processes. It’s a foundational step for how we want to operate in Europe,” said Ivo Grigorov, CEO of REAL Finance.
Real Technologies Inc. said publication of the whitepaper in ESMA’s register should not be interpreted as approval or endorsement of $ASSET by an EU authority. Individual trading platforms also retain discretion over whether to list the token.
