French Bitcoin asset company Capital B announced the completion of a €2.8 million funding round to advance its Bitcoin purchases. As of press time, the total amount of Bitcoin held by listed companies worldwide (excluding mining companies) is 1,023,333, an increase of 0.000098% compared to last week, with a current market value of approximately US$69.39 billion, accounting for 5.1% of Bitcoin's circulating market capitalization.

According to Odaily Planet Daily, the New York Stock Exchange has officially approved the listing of Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin spot ETF, which will be traded on the NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol MSBT. Morgan Stanley filed its S-1 registration statement in January 2026 with a seed investment of $1 million. The fund will hold actual Bitcoin, with Coinbase handling cold storage custody and BNY Mellon handling cash management, administration, and transfer functions. MSBT has an annual fee rate of 0.14%, lower than Grayscale's current lowest rate of 0.15% and BlackRock's IBIT's 0.25%, making it the lowest among all Bitcoin spot ETFs in the US. MSBT is also the first Bitcoin spot ETF directly issued by a major US bank. Morgan Stanley has over 16,000 financial advisors and plans to conduct retail cryptocurrency trading through the E*Trade platform. Currently, the total assets under management in the US Bitcoin spot ETF market are approximately $83 billion. Analysts believe trading could begin within days to weeks.
