He believes the baseline bottom is $38,800, and considering a deviation of about 5%, he predicts the bottom to be $40,740 or $42,680. Killa previously predicted the top of this bull market to be $121,362 using a model combining cycle decline analysis, pattern analysis, and mathematical and astrological methods; the actual market top was $126,100, showing a small prediction error. Killa emphasized that even his highest bottom prediction of $42,680 is far below $60,000, therefore his view of $60,000 as the Bitcoin bottom is very optimistic, and he plans to buy as much spot Bitcoin as possible in July and August.

Independent researcher Giancarlo Lelli has been awarded the Q-Day Prize and one Bitcoin by quantum security startup Project Eleven for successfully cracking the encryption key protecting Bitcoin. Lelli used publicly available quantum hardware and a variant of Shor's algorithm to successfully crack the 15-bit encryption key out of 32,767 possibilities. This quantum attack is 512 times more difficult than the 6-bit key record set in September 2025. Project Eleven CEO Alex Pruden stated that the resource requirements for such attacks are continuously decreasing, and currently approximately 6.9 million Bitcoins are in vulnerable static addresses, including the 1 million Bitcoins held by Satoshi Nakamoto. The Bitcoin network has proposed BIP-360 to introduce quantum-resistant address types, and platforms such as Ethereum, Ripple, and Tron have begun releasing plans to transition to post-quantum defenses.

Huoxun Finance reports that Project Eleven today awarded its Q-Day prize to researcher Giancarlo Lelli for successfully deriving a 15-bit elliptic curve private key from a public key using publicly accessible quantum hardware. This is the largest public demonstration of its kind to date, a 512-fold improvement over the 6-bit demonstration in September 2025. Lelli used a variant of Shor's algorithm for the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem, the mathematical foundation of Bitcoin's signature scheme. The hardware used in this experiment has approximately 70 qubits. Currently, no known quantum computer can crack a real Bitcoin wallet, and Bitcoin's 256-bit elliptic curve security still far exceeds current quantum computing capabilities. Notably, Google lowered its cracking resource estimate for ECDLP-256 on March 31 and set a goal of completing the quantum cryptography migration after 2029. Cloudflare followed suit, and the UK's NCSC also set migration milestones for 2028-2035. On-chain data shows that approximately 6.93 million BTC are currently at potential quantum risk due to their public keys being exposed. The Bitcoin community has proposed BIP 360 and BIP 361 to promote quantum-resistant output type migration, but the coordination difficulty of decentralized networks remains the biggest challenge.

According to Huoxun Finance, in the past 24 hours, the total liquidation amount for cryptocurrency contracts across the entire network reached $208 million, including $109 million in long positions and $98.1908 million in short positions. Specifically, Bitcoin long positions were liquidated for $15.3077 million, and Bitcoin short positions for $9.6134 million; Ethereum long positions were liquidated for $10.6338 million, and Ethereum short positions for $6.9458 million. A total of 97,155 investors worldwide experienced liquidations in the past 24 hours. The largest single liquidation occurred on the Binance BTCUSDT trading pair, valued at $4.7486 million.
