According to Odaily Planet Daily, BitcoinTreasuries.NET published an article on the X platform stating that publicly traded Farmhouse (FMHS) has purchased 2 new Bitcoins, bringing its total holdings to 15.209 Bitcoins.

UBS holds approximately $90 million in IBIT, a 230% increase from the end of 2025.
According to Odaily Planet Daily, UBS Group AG disclosed in its 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that as of June 30, it held approximately 2.5 million shares of BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), valued at approximately $90 million. By the end of 2025, UBS will hold approximately 549,000 IBIT shares, valued at approximately $27 million; this holding is projected to increase in value by approximately 230% in the first half of 2026. UBS manages $7.3 trillion in investment assets at the end of the period, and the IBIT holding represents less than 0.02% of its 13F assets. The 13F filing discloses a portion of U.S. securities managed under the company's investment decision-making authority; these shares primarily correspond to client assets in wealth management, investment advisory, or asset management accounts and do not represent UBS using its own funds to invest $90 million in Bitcoin. The SEC's exemption for tokenization innovation has been further delayed; details have not yet been released.
According to a report by Fox Business's crypto reporter on the X platform, citing an insider, the SEC's (Securities and Exchange Commission's) tokenization innovation exemption will be further delayed, with details remaining undisclosed for the time being. The insider stated that one reason may be the ongoing negotiations among stakeholders regarding the tokenization portion of Section 10505 of the Clarity Act, and any action taken by the SEC through an innovation exemption could affect the compromise on that clause. This means that the exemption may remain stalled until the Clarity Act's path forward becomes clearer. The SEC still plans to hold a public meeting tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM to propose new rules and exemptions for fundraising transactions involving crypto assets, namely, Regulation Crypto Assets.
