According to BlockBeats, on July 9th, Glassnode stated that Bitcoin is in the late stages of its bottoming process, but capitulation selling by long-term holders remains high, with losses recently peaking at nearly $280 million per day, the highest since December 2022.

Glassnode states that this indicator needs to be significantly compressed before the market can credibly re-enter a bull market. Bitcoin rebounded from $58,300 to $64,400 last week before falling back to $62,700, still below the short-term holder cost base of approximately $72,200 and the True Market Mean of approximately $76,600. Net outflows from the spot Bitcoin ETF have narrowed but remain negative.

According to BlockBeats, on July 9th, Privy, the wallet infrastructure company under Stripe, and Jito Labs, the infrastructure company of Solana, jointly launched FullSend, a transaction determinism tool. FullSend directly routes transactions to the current and incoming Solana block building leaders through the Jito low-latency network, compressing transaction packaging latency to 50 milliseconds (compared to at least 200 milliseconds in the traditional way), and provides MEV protection by default.

The tool has been running silently in the Privy wallet since January of this year, processing millions of transactions with a success rate of 99.999%.

BlockBeats reported on July 9th that Aave Labs announced the launch of Stable Vaults, opening it to third-party developers and enterprises. Stable Vaults can convert on-chain floating lending yields into fixed yields and automatically handle cross-chain liquidity management, asset rebalancing, and yield distribution, supporting enterprises in quickly building stablecoin yield products.

Aave Labs stated that the solution has been implemented in the Aave App and is now available for integration with wallets, exchanges, Neobank, payment companies, and fintech companies. It also supports integration with any ERC-4626 yield strategy.
