The chart shows that the company holds 843,775 BTC, approximately 4.02% of the fixed Bitcoin supply. Based on a market price of $64,312, this holding is worth approximately $54.28 billion; the cumulative purchase cost is approximately $63.83 billion, with an average purchase price of $75,653. Strategy has not purchased any Bitcoin since June 22nd, and its holdings remained unchanged from July 6th to July 12th. In the week ending July 12th, Strategy sold 4,818,781 shares of MSTR common stock, generating net proceeds of $467 million, of which $450 million was used to increase its dollar reserves, bringing its cash reserves to $3 billion. Company data shows that the reserve covers 20.4 months of annual preferred stock dividend obligations, totaling $1.763 billion, and will be used to support interest payments on outstanding debt. Strategy sold 32 BTC between May 26 and May 31, earning approximately $2.5 million; and sold another 3,588 BTC on July 5, earning approximately $216 million. Michael Saylor stated that the funds will be used to pay quarterly and monthly dividends.
